The role is responsible for the strategic projection and achievement of sales and profit objectives for the two Brands across the EMEA Region whilst upholding the philosophy, culture, image and exclusivity of each Brand.
This includes the management, motivation and development of a high calibre management team (Sales, Marketing, Education) to ensure successful achievement of business objectives, and the total smooth running of the Brands' operations. It includes ensuring maximum visual impact through support from the Store Design and Visual Merchandising department and working closely with the Estee Lauder/Tom Ford Business Manager to ensure maximum productivity and sales growth. The management, motivation and direction of the Sales Management team across EMEA (five Sales Managers and 13 Account Co-ordinators) is key to the success of this role.
Ideal candidates will have a strong academic education, proven strategic business acumen, be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and negotiation skills, area sales and relationship management successes. Languages and/or International business experiences are an added advantage.
The role is based in the Travel Retail EMEA offices in Great Portland Street, London W1, with approximately 50% of the time spent working throughout the Region. The position reports to the VP/General Manager of Travel Retail (EMEA).
